BIM Integration
Our eRDS Manager Revit plugin sets up and populates the building database with assets identified in the model. As-built or COBie information is then sent back to the model as new Revit parameters
Non-modelled Assets
Non-modelled assets and room finishes defined in the database are written back to Revit as parameters on FM Placeholders. These assets, along with their COBie information, can be viewed through our Revit plugin, which presents room-by-room asset data in an intuitive interface.

Reliable, up-to-date Room Data Sheets for the entire building, selected areas, or individual rooms can be quickly generated as PDFs.
The system enables querying and reporting across all database elements, with outputs available in Excel format or ready for integration into other software platforms.
